Buy one get one sale pricing is valid on the second item of equal or lesser value. Closeout item sales are final and no returns will be accepted, or warrantied, unless otherwise stated. No price adjustments can be made on previous purchases. Sale items are available while supplies last. Lastly, purchased sale items must be shipped or picked up by the end of sale date.
Sales on products with quantity pricing such as, - $3.99 each, 3 or more - $3.79 or $1.09 per lb., 100 lbs. or more - $.94 - , will be discounted off from the each price.

Pricing Disclaimer
At Water X Scapes your satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to maintaining accurate product and pricing information. However, at times pricing errors may occur. In the event an item is listed and/or priced incorrectly due to an error in pricing or product information, Water X Scapes, and waterxscapes.com, shall reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed on that item. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
In-Person/In-Store Payments
Despite closing our brick and mortar storefront, we still offer local customers the ability to shop with us in-person. To remain competitive and maintain fair pricing, purchases made in-person at Hoffman's with a credit/debit card will have a 3% surcharge applied to their total. This fee is set by the credit card processor, and Hoffman’s does not receive any portion of it. The surcharge offsets the costs associated with card transactions without increasing the price of products for everyone not using credit cards.
- This fee is applied by the processor to each individual credit card transaction.
- There are zero fee's when paying in cash, check, money order, or electronic check (ACH).
Online Order Verification
Water X Scapes employs a variety of technologies to assist with combating identity theft and credit card fraud. Because of this, some orders may be flagged for verification. When an order is flagged for verification a Water X Scapes associate will contact the customer by phone to verify the authenticity of the order.
- Orders will not be processed or shipped until verification is complete.
- If verification is not completed within 3 days of the order being placed it will be cancelled.
- Water X Scapes reserves the right to cancel any order perceived as fraudulent.
