Oxygenating Pond Plants, otherwise known as submerged aquatics, underwater pond plants, or seaweed, grow entirely below the waters’ surface. These bare-root plants come with a lead weight to anchor them to the bottom of your pond. The feathery leaves oxygenate during daylight hours as well as help to control algae.
