Pond Basics Sludge & Muck B-Gone is formulated with naturally occurring, safe bacteria and enzyme boosters that help support the biological breakdown of excess organic matter in ponds. By encouraging beneficial bacterial and enzymatic activity, this treatment helps reduce built-up sludge, muck, unpleasant odors, and cloudy water caused by decomposing leaves, grass clippings, fish waste, and other organic debris.

This non-toxic, non-pathogenic bacterial blend is safe for fish, aquatic plants, pets, and wildlife when used as directed, making it a practical choice for maintaining a cleaner, healthier pond environment throughout the season.

Over time, organic material naturally settles to the bottom of a pond, forming a soft layer of muck that can reduce water depth, contribute to poor water clarity, and create conditions that encourage foul odors. Sludge & Muck B-Gone helps target this buildup by introducing beneficial bacteria that work within the pond’s ecosystem to digest organic waste more efficiently. APPLICATION: (16 oz & 32 oz)
Use monthly May-September.
Add 1 oz. per 250 gallons of pond water monthly. Dilute in 1 gallon of pond water, mix and disperse around your pond and keep adequate aeration going at all times.

APPLICATION: (32 oz Concentrate)
Use monthly May-September.
Add 1 oz. per 2,000 gallons of pond water monthly. Dilute in 1 gallon of pond water, mix and disperse around your pond and keep adequate aeration going at all times.
For Best Results: Use with Pond Basics Pond Starter Dry Bacteria.

PLEASE NOTE: Overdosing may cause low levels of oxygen which may harm fish. Using an aeration system in addition to your waterfall may greatly reduce risk of fish loss if overdose occurs. Non-toxic & non-pathogenic: Will not harm aquatic life when used properly.
