Balancing Act Liquid Formula by Pond Basics

Pond Basics Balancing Act is an all-natural blend of non-pathogenic beneficial bacteria and enzymes designed for use in farm, irrigation, retention and golf course lakes and ponds. Balancing Act’s unique blend of bacteria makes it an ideal treatment to reduce odors, ammonia, nitrate, nitrites, organic matter and fish wastes in lakes water year-round. Cold water bacterial species found in Balancing Act’s formula allow this product to be used in water temperatures as low as 35ºF. Proper aeration in the body of water you wish to treat will result in optimal function of this product and supports a more balanced ecosystem.

APPLICATION:
Directions for Use: For best results begin treatment when water temperatures are above 55ºF. Cold water strains will have effectiveness in water temperatures as low as 35ºF. Product is ready to use. Balancing Act can be sprayed over pond surface or applied at several spots around the pond. If desired, it can be mixed with pond water for applying over broader area.

*Avoid using copper based algaecides for 48 hours before applying. Shake well before using.

Initial or Spring Applications: Apply 1 gallon per acre every week for 4 weeks, then maintenance dose.
For Maintenance Applications: Apply 1 gallon per acre every 2 weeks.
For Problem Ponds: Apply 1 gallon per acre every week until desired results are achieved.
