Tidal Wave Direct Drive Pump Series by Atlantic Water Gardens

The L-Series Direct Drive Axial pumps are designed to move high volumes of water in low, wide applications.  Best used with large diameter plumbing.  Its strong cast iron and stainless steel design will last for years. These pumps operate fully submersed in water and have a built-in thermal overload relay that protects from overheating. 

DID YOU KNOW: Axial flow pumps work in a different way than centrifugal pumps. Unlike centrifugal pumps that sacrifice flow for pressure, axial pumps accelerate water through the pump without restriction. This gives them the ability to produce tremendous volumes but at very low pressures. Atlantic Axial pumps require large diameter plumbing that reduces friction pressure in order to deliver the massive flows they are capable of.
