Self-Weighted Air Diffuser Disc

Matala Self-Weighted Air Diffuser Discs come in three available sizes of 3", 5", and 7" and have weighted bases making them easy to submerse and sink into proper placement for effective aeration. These convenient self-weighted rubber membrane disc diffusers stay where they need to at the bottom of the pond.

3" Disc (MD-3W) features:

  • 3/16 BARB connection for aquarium style air pumps
  • Silicone rubber diffusion material that's soft and easy to clean
  • Low back pressure
  • Air flow rates between 3-5 lpm
  • Weighs about 0.5 lbs
  • Awesome choice for small ponds, aquariums, detox tanks and more

5" Disc (MD-5W) features:

  • 3/8 BARB connection for larger style air pumps
  • EPDM rubber diffusion material that's easy to clean
  • Low back pressure
  • Air flow rates between 8-35 lpm (0.3-1.2 cfm)
  • Weighs about 1.75 lbs
  • Great choice for small ponds

7" Disc (MD-7W) features:

  • 3/8 BARB connection for larger style air pumps
  • EPDM rubber diffusion material that's easy to clean
  • Low back pressure
